I love making Rib Roast this time of year.
They are everywhere and they are on sale!!!
To me, cooking up that big honking hunk
of meat is a true sign of the holidays. I
have a recipe that is so easy, so delicious;
you are going to fall in love with it too.
Since I started cooking it this way; rib
roast has become a regular in our family’s
food repertoire. My darling Hub always
