This Columbus Day weekend there will be an opportunity for boaters to attend a great street festival just steps from the docks at the Schuyler Yacht Basin in Schuylerville, on the Hudson River/Champlain Canal. Called “Turning Leaves at the Turning Point”, this celebration of the upstate New York lifestyle will take place Sunday, October 9 from 1 to 5PM.
