Boil Me Crabby!

I had a blast working this month’s column. I was sitting at my desk when our Publisher, John Vargo called, informing me that he was en-route and bringing Blue Claw Crabs. While I’m a big-time seafood freak, I grew up on Long Island, Blue Crabs weren’t my specialty. If you want to talk to me about Steamers, I could drone on for days. Blue Crabs, I knew nothing, but I was going to find out.
