Perhaps you are seeking to throw the boat on the trailer and cruise up the Thruway to the many inland bodies of water north of Albany. If so, there is a really great alternative that you may not have heard about, and that’s big, majestic Saratoga Lake, just a few short miles north of Albany. In the Lake’s southwest corner is a big marina, a newly refurbished restaurant and even some lakefront cabins for rent, so perhaps now is the time to consider checking it out
