Over the years we’ve canoed the Lower Wappingers Creek a lot; it’s relatively nearby, and a pretty good round-trip workout: a decent bang-for-thebuck. Next to Constitution Marsh, it’s probably our most-visited canoeing site. Whoops, wait a minute, how about the Great Swamp out in Patterson???
